CITRUS, MINT AND GINGER DETOX WATER
Refresh your body with a revitalising zesty burst
1. Slice 1 large lemon, removing the pips. 2. Peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger and finely slice. 3. Fill a drinking bottle with fresh water. Add the lemon, ginger and a handful mint leaves. Leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes. Refill 2-3 times as required.
